Maître Hélène Tared
Attorney admitted to the Metz and Luxembourg Bars, I put my diligence and my word at the service of matters that touch on the essential.
One vocation, one border, three languages
Educated in Metz, then in Lille, and at the Institut d'Études Judiciaires (Assas — Paris II), I specialized in criminal law before taking the oath in 2020. Since then, I have practiced as an independent attorney, admitted both to the Metz Bar and to the Luxembourg Bar.
This dual admission is more than a title: it reflects a daily reality. My clients live, work and travel between France and the Grand Duchy. They need to be supported in both legal systems, in French, English or German, without having to change counsel.
My membership in the Luxembourg Association of Criminal Law Attorneys (ALAP) and my election in 2024 as Secretary of the Conference of the Metz Bar reflect this cross-border commitment and the standard I hold to my profession.
A solid academic foundation
- Bachelor Bachelor of General Private Law University of Metz
- Master Master of Criminal Law University of Lille
- Bar prep Institut d'Études Judiciaires (IEJ) Assas — Paris II
- 2020 Oath of office Attorney at the Metz and Luxembourg Bars
- 2024 Secretary of the Conference Metz Bar — elective distinction
Work without borders
Cross-border files require real fluency in several languages and a working knowledge of the relevant bars. Exchanges with clients, opposing parties and courts may take place in three languages:
I am also a member of the Luxembourg Association of Criminal Law Attorneys (ALAP), a professional network dedicated to criminal law matters in the Grand Duchy.
« Every file involves a life, a name, an estate. It deserves the time and rigor we would want for ourselves. »Maître Hélène Tared
